Russell Morin

Russell Morin is a graduate of Cornell University and the Culinary Institute of America. Morin’s precise attention to detail and genuine passion for his work are the driving force behind the success of Russell Morin Catering & Events. His name is now synonymous with the best wedding caterer to have in Southern New England. In fact, Russell Morin Catering & Events is a preferred caterer at the Newport Mansions, is the exclusive caterer for numerous venues in New England, has been named Caterer of the Year by numerous associations, and boasts many awards, including The Knot Best Picks, Grace Ormonde Platinum List Member, and WeddingWire Brides’ Choice Award.

Chef Sanjiv Dhar

Chef Dhar grew up in New Delhi, India, and has been a force in the hospitality industry for nearly 25 years. He trained in Austria, India, and the United States, and worked in various hotels before settling in Providence. He is the owner of three well-known, award-winning Indian restaurants in Rhode Island, including Rasoi, Kabob & Curry, and the newest edition, Rasa. Rasoi was chosen again in 2014 as the Best Indian Restaurant by the Providence Phoenix. In addition to being a talented chef, Chef Dhar is a speaker, instructor, author, and television cooking show host.
