Hello Casey,
I apologize for being so remiss in extending my gratitude to you and your team for all the care and attention you gave to Amanda and Jon's wedding weekend. The planning process was so pleasant and you were so accommodating and patient with all my questions and changes. Your attention to food allergies and preferences was so professional. Your willingness to make last minute alterations was greatly appreciated. The rehearsal dinner was so much fun, and although I sampled very little of the food, it was delicious and plentiful and received high acclaims! But in addition to the menu, your attention to detail with setting the tables and service was phenomenal. The waitstaff was so respectful and courteous and helpful. I did not feel I had to worry about a thing that night and consequently had a wonderful time.
The wedding day was amazing. We all appreciated your flexibility in changing the venue to tent and barn..what an amazing decision that was!! When we entered that tent and saw how beautifully set it was..the lights, the flowers, the space....it was like a storybook, really. Again the food was delicious...but more amazing was your organizational skills..everything was just so seamless.Once again the waitstaff and the butlers!! Wow..they were so attentive and aware of guest's needs. I particularly want to thank them for the assistance they gave to my elderly aunt and uncle. They were so attentive in a respectful way..helping them physically get from place to place. All in such a pleasant way..it made them feel so 'special'!! My aunt still talks about the 'young men' who helped her!!
And we thank you for ordering up the perfect weather that weekend, but even the little rain we experienced on Friday night was handled so well by you and your staff.
So Casey, thank you again for a wonderful wedding experience. Though the 'kids' are back into their routines of school and work, they are still on cloud nine and bolstered with the love and perfection from that weekend!!
We hope you had a good time too!!!
Very appreciatively,
Sheila
