Dear Russell,

I just wanted to thank you and your staff on the fantastic job they did for my daughter's wedding. The team was absolutely superb and they could not have been more helpful and professional. Everything went extremely smoothly. One of the measuring sticks I use to gauge quality of service is the presence of the servers. I never knew they were there until they were needed and then they were polite, quick and efficient. I also would like to compliment the chef -- every meal was prepared perfectly with the hot food hot and the cold food cold!

Above all Courtney was exceptional and you should be proud of how she represents Morin's Fine Catering. The Gift of the shrimp shooters was above the call of duty and greatly appreciated. Over all I can't thank you and your TEAM on delivering one of the greatest days of my life time and my family!
