Hi Lisa,
I don’t even know how to thank you properly for everything you did to make my wedding everything I had wanted! You were my sanity throughout the process and I am entirely grateful to you! From the tasting at Russell Morin’s to the day of the event, you were there with your beautiful smile to make my life easier! I also appreciate everything you did to make planning a wedding out of state easier. I remember a few phone calls were you were listing items and I could only reply with “I haven’t thought about that yet” and you told me that was fine!! That is amazing!! You thought of everything for me! Even for the things I did not think about, you reassured me that you had these items laying around in your office or that you would make it work no matter what issue may arise. All these answers are exactly what a bride needs to know for her big day. For reals, when I saw you the day of my wedding, I felt much calmer that everything was going to be okay! There were even moments during the rehearsal where I gave you the stressed out look and it was like you could read my mind. You could tell I was stressed, so could my family, but you were the only one that was able to help me. To top off the amazing service, you were there at the end of the night with that plate of chocolates and to go sandwiches for us- what!?!? AMAZING! You and your staff thought of everything to make our special day perfect and for that, I will always be grateful!
Also, I wanted to give a huge thanks of appreciation to Janet who was my butler for the evening. This lady went above and beyond that night. I felt like we were best friends even though we had just met. From the start, Janet made sure everyone had a drink before the ceremony, had the appetizers ready for Jason and I and did it all with a huge smile on her face. That is such an amazing feature in customer service that does not go unnoticed. She bustled my dress when my sister and mom were too busy enjoying the cocktail hour. Janet had my lipstick ready for me before our big introductions to the party. She even had a spare pair of white flip flops when I was complaining about how my feet hurt. (I forgot to bring a pair myself!) She told me she picks them up whenever Old Navy has its flip flop sale and that is such a nice, personal and understanding gesture for the job she does- to go out personally and do that for her brides- amazing! She had a Tide pin ready when I spilled some food on my dress (which was delicious) and had extra bobby pins when my hair was falling out. She was a lifesaver to me on multiple occasions that evening.
Please let me know if there is a manager or someone I should sing your praises to! Thank you again for all your work!
Very respectfully,
Liz
