90th Birthday Party

Dear Russ,

When we talked at the FM Global Silver Key Dinner in June you said you were very lucky to be able to attract such talented people to work for you as you continued to expand your business. I had the pleasure of watching some of your talented professionals at work on Sunday at my moms 90th birthday celebration.

We held the party in the community room of the elderly housing apartment complex where mom lives because so many of her friends at the complex don't drive, have mobility issues, etc. It wasn't the easiest of venues to work, but you never would have known that as an attendee.

The organization, food and service were exceptional, the wait staff made each guest feel special, which we both know is not an easy thing to do.

The after-party glow continues, thanks to Mike Burton's great menu suggestions and the on-site efforts of Nicole, Steve, Kyle, Wendy and the wait staff.

You should be proud of the culture you've worked so hard to build for your company. I'm sure you've heard it before, but it bears repeating - you really are the best!
