All I can say is... wow!! Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, RI works exclusively with Russell Morin Catering and they are PHENOMENAL in just about every way!!
I worked with Paige McKinney and Kasey Medeiros during the planning process. Paige was my main go-to contact. She was very enthusiastic and supportive in helping Dylan and I throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. I must have made a million changes to the proposal over the course of 14 months from the time I began working with them up until the week before the wedding, and they were more than happy to accommodate my changes!
They will do everything possible to make sure you have everything you could have ever wanted at your wedding, which is exactly what they did for us. We were supplied with a day of coordinator-- Emily MacArther, who was absolutely incredible to work with. Because of her, Dylan and I actually ate dinner at our wedding, which I've heard from many other married couples that you don't get to eat on your wedding night- not true for us!
Emily made sure every single detail was perfect, and it absolutely was! I supplied the venue with decorations, no idea how I wanted them set up... and Emily and the workers decorated the ceremony and venue space. What they did with the decorations I supplied were everything I could have ever imagined for our wedding and beyond. From the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and venue space, all the way to the wedding cake. I was beyond pleased with how everything looked!
Emily also made sure Dylan and I were on schedule with everything. At the end of the night, Emily sent us home with two to-go boxes with turkey sandwiches, cookies, a piece of cake, chips, and a bottle of water as a late night snack. How awesome is that? There is so much more this lovely woman did for us I could go on forever. I can't say enough good things about her!!
Everything for food and drinks (including open bar) was supplied by Russell Morin, even the wedding cake (which was AMAZING) and our wedding favors-- apple cider donuts and sparkling cider in a to-go box! This was great to have these services included because that was two less vendors I had to deal with. The food was absolutely incredible and all of our guests still rave about how delicious everything was. The servers were all very professional and were so great to work with as well. We had one server who made sure Dylan and I had drinks etc. throughout the night.
While everything was more expensive than I had anticipated, Morins was very reasonable in working with me and making last minute changes to make sure we had what we wanted and could shave costs where we could.
I am beyond impressed with Morins and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great catering company that goes above and beyond for their couples and supplies many services rolled into one package! Thank you Morins!
