When one of Exquisite Events' employees gets married you know it’s going to be designed and executed flawlessly down to the very last detail. Casey Cincotta got married last fall at Cove Cabin at Mt. Hope Farm and we were THRILLED she gave us the honor of creatively collaborating with her.
The event and décor was perfection. A perfect combination of relaxed and casual with high end touches. They utilized all of the grounds surrounding Cove Cabin, and were married with the ocean as their backdrop. The Cabin itself was where the passed hors d’oeuvres were served. What does an event planner choose for starters?: Smoked Chicken Empanada, Green Beans and Asparagus Fritto Misto, Campbell's Classic, Goat Cheese Rounds, and New Age Beef Wellington.
A massive tent served as both the formal dining room (strung with amazing twig lanterns) and had a lounge area in a completely different section.
She turned the traditional sit down dinner into a Tuscan themed, family style event with food as the centerpiece of it all—literally—she used food as the centerpieces on every single one of her gorgeous farmer’s tables. Each table had its own Antipasti display ready and waiting to be eaten from the minute the guests sat down. Creamy Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto followed shortly after, as well as the main course of Grilled Churassco Chicken paired with Lemon Herb marinated Shrimp and Scallop Kabob. Wedding cake and a Fresh Canoli Cones Cart completed the meal.
Casey—thank you so much for choosing Russell Morin Fine Catering to help make your day so memorable. You and the Exquisite Event team are always a pleasure to work with!!
