Farm to Table dinners are a huge trend happening all across the country and Russell Morin Fine Catering is teaming up with Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyards to bring you a series of them this summer. Talented RM chefs will bring you "Food in the Fields" at Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyards in Little Compton, RI.
Carolyn’s Cafe dinners are collaboration between our Chefs and some of Rhode Island’s most dedicated Farmers. Each menu is created from the freshest ingredients available THAT WEEK!
Bearing this in mind, initial menus will be a “sketch” that will highlight the evenings Main Courses. Guests can expect detailed menu cards the night of the event that will describe the particular dishes and from which farm(s) ingredients were sourced.
All dinners are served family style and menus are crafted with freshness and. Because of this, it is not practical to address specific food allergies and dietary restrictions.
