Ingredients:
1 oz Diplomatico 4yr Anejo Rum
2-3 Cloves
1 Sprig Thyme
Honey
Fresh Lemon Juice
Champagne
Mix together the rum, cloves, honey, and lemon juice. Pour into an ice filled collins glass and top with champagne. Garnish with sprig of thyme and enjoy!
