Angier Elementary School Gala

Hi Mike,

Thanks so much for your note and a huge thank you to you and your team - you did an incredible job! All of the feedback we've received about the event thus far has been positive, with a lot of emphasis on how great the food and service were and how there weren't any lines at the bar! We were very impressed. As we hear more from guests, we will send information along.

On the pre-party planning side, it truly was a pleasure working with you. We felt at ease from the very beginning and knew we were in good hands - such a relief for an event with so many moving parts - we knew the food, drinks and service would be top notch and they were! We hope to see Russell Morin Catering and Events more often in our community :)

Colleen is crunching the numbers now, but it's looking like this was a record-breaking year for fundraising at An Evening for Angier! Both the discounted per person cost you offered our school and the 10 person dinner you donated helped bump those numbers up - thank you again for your generosity.

Hi Mike,

I would like to echo Happy's comments. I was so impressed by the level of service you and your entire team provided leading up to the event and on Saturday night. The chefs, servers, and bartenders really hit it out of the park at our event and made our guests feel well taken care of. No one ever had to wait in long lines for any of the food or for their cocktails. I'm not sure how you did that given our large party size, but you did and for that we are extremely thankful.

Personally, the food that your chef created and that the team served was the best food I've ever had at an event of this scale. We would definitely be more than thrilled to recommend you and the Russell Morin team to the planners putting together next year's event as well as to our local friends and family who may have catering needs coming up in the near future.

THANK YOU again for delivering on everything you promised during our meetings and phone calls prior to the event - in fact, you and your team went above and beyond the entire night and exceeded our expectations. I want to give some extra kudos to Sue who stayed until the very end to make sure we were all set and didn't need any additional help with anything after all of our guests left. You definitely left us in great hands - the team also did an incredible job with clean-up, you would have never known that your crew of 24 was ever even at the Windsor Club.
