My husband and I got married in July 2025 at Cove Cabin at Mount Hope Farm and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Russell Morin Catering & Events and our day-of coordinator, Katherine Chamberlin.

From our very first meeting, Katherine made us feel completely at ease, and that feeling only grew as the wedding approached. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly knows every in and out of how to run a seamless event. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything running smoothly and calmly, allowing us to actually enjoy every moment. She is someone you can fully trust, and it’s so clear how respected she is by all the vendors and staff she works with. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her—I would choose her over and over again.

The entire team at Russell Morin was equally incredible. From the setup of the tent, ceremony, and cocktail hour to the servers, bartenders, and even the cleanup crew at the end of the night—everything was executed flawlessly. The food was absolutely unreal, the drinks were fantastic, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism.

And the venue itself… truly breathtaking. No pictures can do it justice. Even visiting a year before didn’t prepare us for how stunning it would be on the actual day when everything was fully set up. Our guests were in shock at how beautiful it was—it honestly feels like a hidden gem.

We are so grateful for this team and would recommend them over and over again to anyone planning their wedding.
