We were so impressed

Russell Morin is amazing! They catered our wedding at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport at the end of May. We were so impressed with how everything turned out.

Kathleen was our event coordinator and she was awesome! We didn’t have a separate wedding planner, which we were a little concerned about, but we really didn’t need one working with Kathleen. She looked into every detail to make sure the events of our wedding ran smoothly and everything looked great. When we wanted to order special table linens last minute, and there weren’t enough of the ones that we wanted, she suggested another linen that would coordinate well with the ones that we had chosen. They looked beautiful together at our wedding!

We had a few last-minute changes the weekend of our wedding, and she was able to accommodate our changes. She even gave us her cell phone number for anything else we needed help with last minute, which we actually had to use! She was always very pleasant and helpful. At the reception, she even helped the two best men set up a last-minute presentation, which included a few props, as part of their toast!

The rest of the staff was also great! They set up all the decorations that we brought for the guestbook table, place card table, our sweetheart table, all the guest tables, and the dessert table. Everyone was so kind and provided great service. My husband and I had our own personal butler who brought us food and drinks when we were too busy taking pictures and couldn’t get to the food ourselves. We were so appreciative of this!

The food was AMAZING! The two entrees that we chose to serve our guests were the pistachio crusted sea bass and the truffle dusted filet. My husband and I both had the sea bass and it was delicious! Other guests who had the filet were raving about the filet as well! We had so many compliments on the food. Many of the guests said that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

Everything was just perfect and we couldn’t have been happier with Russell Morin.
