Where do I even begin? Russell Morin Catering & Events gave us an experience beyond anything we could have imagined. From the very first conversation, Daniel and his team were committed to bringing our vision to life, ensuring that every detail of our elegant, decadent, and warm Italian coastal feast was executed with precision and heart. 

But it was the dessert selection that truly blew us away. Something we had never seen done before—a live building of the traditional Italian wedding cake, Millefoglie. A performance in itself, their pastry chef took special care to learn this intricate tradition, even hosting a tasting and rehearsal ahead of time to perfect every step. It was the perfect finishing touch to a meal that was not just served but experienced. A true reflection of our heritage, where the joy of food and gathering go hand in hand. 

Every course was executed flawlessly, arriving in perfect sync and at the ideal temperature, ensuring that our guests felt like they were dining at an intimate, family-style Italian celebration, not just attending a wedding. 

We wanted this to be our own vision, something unique, anything but traditional and the Russell Morin team delivered beyond expectations.
