Made everything seamless and effortless
We had our wedding at Glen Manor House on October 13, and we couldn’t possibly ask for a better catering company than Russell Morins!
Kathleen was our coordinator, and we knew from the start that she would be a huge asset to the planning process. We had to decide on a caterer without having a tasting (so stressful!), but I read marvelous reviews and after one phone conversation with Kathleen, I knew that we could trust her with our big day. As we planned the wedding from abroad, Kathleen always responded to emails promptly and with a wealth of knowledge and advice. We relied on her recommendations for many of the vendors, and all of her selections were spot-on!
Serving quality food was very important to us, and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! At our tasting, we had such a hard time narrowing down the hors d'oeuvres and menu selections - it was all SO good. At the wedding, our guests couldn’t stop praising the food. We got many compliments on the bacon-wrapped dates and cod with lobster crumb topping! Russell Morin also handled the cake, which was exactly what we had envisioned and tasted wonderful!
Finally, and probably most importantly, Russell Morin made everything seamless and effortless for us and our families on the day of the wedding. Kathleen teamed up with Katie from Glen Manor to coordinate the day, and they handled everything with ease. I gave them a big box of decor with minor instructions, and they decorated the venue better than I could have ever hoped to do myself! They managed all of the vendors to keep our timeline intact, brought us food during pictures, kept our drink glasses full, and Kathleen even bustled my dress so that my mom and bridesmaids could continue enjoying their evening!
They anticipated every need and handled the day perfectly so that we could simply enjoy every moment. I would recommend Kathleen and Russell Morin to absolutely any future bride and groom. They are fabulous in a multitude of ways and you will definitely not regret the decision!
